Chalk painting is the greatest activity! She can paint and there really is no mess. Yay! I found this ideal on Pinterest and it is a hit by Aubrey. I wrote of some of the alphabet and she traced the letters. I also have spent countless time drawing out shapes and animals for her to "paint". Such a great activity and she has no clue she is learning and gaining great skills.
Side note, she wanted me to draw a caterpillar because she had a dream the other night that a caterpillar stole all her toys. Ha! The moment she woke she told me the story and has told me the story several times since. Caterpillars are mean!
