Tot School-Week 3

Aubrey is 22 months

Winter Theme continued

We did a search and find page for both igloo and snowmen this week.  She did really great and loved finding her items with her do-a-dot marker.  She

She put colored popsicle sticks into a Parmesan cheese container.  We said the colors when she put each one into the container.

The snowman crafts below are from Confessions of a Homeschooler

Our craft project was gluing a snowman.  She likes to glue, but I think I might get the purple glue stick so she can see or "paint" on the glue.  When it is clear, she doesn't really understand that she is putting something on the paper.

Almost looks like the picture. :o)

We also did a snowman stick punch activity.  Instead of doing the lacing of the snowman (which she is not into) I had her use colored sticks and poke them into a cereal box.  I had hole punched the snowman, taped him down and then used the tip of the scissors to punch the holes in the cereal box.  I had her place each colored stick into the snowman after repeating the color to me.

We spelled snowman.

Caroline's (10 weeks) newborn school: Bumbo

She is still a little wobbly, but she is doing better. :o)

  2. Hi Sarah! I use picasa by google. It is so easy and better than displaying all the photos.
