Fair 2010

Fall in Texas would not be complete without a trip to the Texas State Fair.  Rodney, Steven and Erin all took off from work today to get in a little fair time without the horrible crowds.  It was a pretty nice afternoon.  The kids enjoyed riding all the rides, visiting sneak peek of the new Children's Aquarium and eating nasty fair food. 

I was going to take Aubrey on the carousel, but the lady wouldn't let me ride.  Do you think they were afraid that I might give birth on the carousel?  So, Rodney went in my place and had a wonderful time with Miss Aubrey while I documented (like usual) the fun happenings.

Aubrey is actually looking at the carousel from her stroller.  I think she can find a carousel anywhere and if you don't let her ride, she will make you pay. 

Don't the guys look excited to be on the ride with the kiddos?  Ha!  Nothing better than seeing big guys sitting in little rides.  The things fathers do for their children. 

OMG!!!  Aubrey loved the Children's Aquarium.  They have a stingray feeding/petting area and she did not want to leave.  When we were heading out, she ran back down the ramp to play with them some more. 

Rodney would feed the stingray and apparently Aubrey would pet them.  She had no fear!
