Baking

Rodney has a work cooking contest on Friday and needs to bring in something that is made with pumpkin.  Aubrey and I decided to make Rodney pumpkin cheesecake squares.  She was supposed to smash the ginger crisp cookies for the crust, but became lazy and put her foot on the island.  When I started mixing, I gave her a spoon and her own bowl.  She stirred for a few minutes, but then decided to taste the pumpkin.  At first she wasn't a fan, but then found it rather tasty.  When she had enough baking, I let her color.  She had fun coloring and then dumping all the crayons out and putting them back into the container.
