I had visions of Aubrey being Little Red Riding Hood and even found an adorable costume. Unfortuantely, I didn't purchase the costume when I saw it and the lady raised the price from $34.99 to $49.99. I thought about spending $34, but was NOT going to spend $49 on a costume she might wear. Plus, I realized that she has never heard of Little Red Riding Hood, so she would probably show no interest in wearing the costume.
So, I found this pirate costume at Wal-mart for $14.00. The price was perfect and she LOVES pirates. She has been walking around the house saying, "Aye, Mateys!" Despite her serious face, she is loving the costume.
