Caroline had her 6 month appointment today. She is doing great and on target developmentally. She is behind when it comes to rolling from back to belly, but that is to be expected. She isn't gaining as much weight, but she is growing like a weed. She is having some formula issues and the doctor wanted to switch her to Neocate because of a possible milk soy protein intolerance, This fabulous formula is $50.00 a can and that is not even for a large can. So, I switched her to Similac Sensitive and it seems to be working just great. She is also having more reflux issues. I upped her pervacid by and extra half tab at night. Dr. doesn't want to do this, but this is an allowable increase. So we are being referred to a GI doctor. I stopped the extra does, but Caroline started her usual screaming at bed time. So, I will continue with extra does until we see the GI doctor. The specialist just keep adding up. Ha!
